SeatRepeat provides automated SMS messaging services to help restaurants communicate with their customers. Messages may include account notifications, service updates, promotional offers, marketing messages, and appointment or demo reminders.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from SeatRepeat, including:
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and account activity.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SeatRepeat provides tools to help you comply, but you are solely responsible for your compliance with applicable laws.
SeatRepeat adheres to carrier compliance requirements, industry standards, and applicable law for SMS messaging. For more information on industry standards, please refer to the CTIA's Short Code Monitoring Handbook.
SeatRepeat services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged monthly based on your plan and the number of active contacts.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 90 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund.
All content, features, and functionality of SeatRepeat—including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks—are owned by SeatRepeat and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all customer data you collect using SeatRepeat. We do not claim ownership of your customer lists, contact information, or campaign data.
You grant SeatRepeat a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.
SeatRepeat services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeatRepeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SeatRepeat in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
